Effective Date

The Terms and Conditions of Use are updated and come into effect the moment you “Agree” to the Terms and Conditions.

Confidentiality

• You hereby acknowledge that all information accessed by you with the usage of various existing application solutions or any future application that may be developed by ASKUREXPERT from time to time is confidential information (“Confidential Information”). You hereby agree that during the term of your usage of ASKUREXPERT Website, and thereafter for so long as the Confidential Information is not in the public domain, you shall take all reasonable care and precautions to prevent other parties from gaining access to the Confidential Information.
• The foregoing obligations of confidentiality shall not apply if the Confidential Information (i) is already in your knowledge prior to the accessing the confidential information; (ii) is or becomes publicly known through no wrongful act or breach of your obligations hereunder; (iii) is rightfully received from third party other than by reason of a breach of any obligation owed to ASKUREXPERT hereunder; (iv) is independently developed by you without reference to Confidential Information provided by ASKUREXPERT; (v) is approved for release by written authorization of ASKUREXPERT; (vi) is disclosed pursuant to the order of a regulatory agency or court of law, provided you shall give ASKUREXPERT reasonable advance notice to contest the disclosure and you shall comply with any applicable protective order or equivalent obtained by ASKUREXPERT.
• Data accessed shall be used only for the purpose for which it was authorized or obtained by you and shall not be used for any other purposes. The data shall also be purged once the requirement is completed.

Security Protocols

• Your network or device shall be protected with Firewall, Intrusion Detection and Prevention System and other means of Access Control. You shall be entitled to add any other additional security features as you may consider necessary.
• You shall immediately notify any Cyber incidents to ASKUREXPERT such as unauthorized access or any type of cyber-attack taking place into your network or device.
• You hereby agree that, in the interest of data security, should ASKUREXPERT observe or apprehend a risk of unauthorized access, ASKUREXPERT will, at its sole discretion; terminate access at ASKUREXPERT' end with or without a reasonable notice to you.
• You hereby acknowledge that the Intellectual Property Rights of ASKUREXPERT of its various Application solutions including the Application in the Software Systems, Procedures, Operating, Quality, Control, Audit and User Manuals, Database Design, Screens, Source and Object Code, Reports etc. designed by ASKUREXPERT and made available to you. All ownership rights in and intellectual property rights in respect of content and services offered by ASKUREXPERT at this site remain vested with ASKUREXPERT at all times. You hereby agree to keep them confidential, disclose only to employees, auditors or other third party agents on a need-to-know basis, and not to attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise duplicate these designs directly or indirectly.
• You hereby represent and warrant that your illegal usage of ASKUREXPERTONLINE Website and various Applications accessed by you through the website and the Data accessed by you would not only render immediate termination of the access to the respective Application but also constrain you to indemnify ASKUREXPERT for any loss incurred by ASKUREXPERT by virtue of the illegal use.
• You hereby acknowledge that the existing Application Solutions being provided by ASKUREXPERT or any other solutions will be made available to you from time to time are subject to the directions issued and access controls made by respective regulatory authority from time to time. ASKUREXPERT shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences under this context.
• You hereby acknowledge that you and entities or individuals authorized by you and your respective group entities and your officers/directors/employees, third parties including your advisers and auditors representing you shall use the ASKUREXPERT Applications in compliance with this terms and conditions.

  • The "Application" (also referred to as "ASKUREXPERT" or "ASKUREXPERT application") refers to the software provided by ASKUREXPERT to offer services related to Mutual Fund transactions. It is intended for use on Apple iOS and Android OS devices, including upgrades and supporting software/documentation.
• Collection of User Data
  • We collect personal information through the website and app including Name, Address, Age, Telephone Numbers, Bank Account details, PAN, Aadhaar, etc. This is primarily for facilitating investment transactions initiated by the user.
• Use of Information Collected
  • Personalize your experience and improve responses to match your requirements.
  • Improve the website/app based on visitor profiles, usage patterns, and needs.
  • Enhance customer service through feedback analysis.
  • Track website traffic, sources, preferences, and referrals using analytics to improve services.
  • Send periodic emails related to your order/request, including news, promotions, service updates, and educational content from ASKUREXPERT and its group companies.
  • Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and secure by ASKUREXPERT.
• In-app Disclosure

• Malicious Behavior
  • The app does not permit or include:
    • Viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, or other malicious software.
    • Links to or support for installing malicious software.
    • Executable code downloads from sources other than Google Play.
    • Security vulnerabilities or exploitation.
    • Credential theft or impersonation of apps/sites.
    • App installations without user consent.
    • Secret device usage tracking or commercial spyware.
• Proprietary Rights and License
  • All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property in the app and its code are owned by ASKUREXPERT or its licensors.
• Eligibility
  • Only Resident Indian Individuals who are existing investors (with folios serviced by ASKUREXPERT), KYC compliant, and holding folios in "single" or "anyone or survivor" mode with a registered email are eligible to register for ASKUREXPERT.
  • ASKUREXPERT may modify eligibility conditions at its discretion.
• System Requirements
  • Compatible mobile device, internet access, and minimum technical specifications are needed.
  • ASKUREXPERT will support Android, iOS, and Windows on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee full compatibility due to system variations.
  • Updates will be communicated through ASKUREXPERT' official channels.
• Registration
  • Users must register using the email linked to their mutual fund folios.
  • Download the app via app stores or https://www.ASKUREXPERT.com, and change the login credentials upon first use.
  • ASKUREXPERT may vary services provided by ASKUREXPERT at its discretion and may add/remove offerings for different user categories.
• Access Restrictions
  • Access may be restricted if:
    • The user allows others to access their ASKUREXPERT account.
    • The user attempts unauthorized access to stored information.
• User Authority
  • The user gives ASKUREXPERT irrevocable authority to act upon instructions given via the app until the service is validly terminated by the user.
  • ASKUREXPERT is not obliged to verify transaction authenticity beyond login credentials.
• Transaction Records
  • On-screen displays serve as proof of operation, but ASKUREXPERT' system logs will be considered final and binding.
• Joint Folio Handling
  • For folios with "anyone or survivor" mode, credentials are sent to the first unit holder, and all joint holders are deemed aware of these terms.
  • ASKUREXPERT usage supplements existing transaction procedures and does not replace them.
